DIY Cupcake Stands

Have you ever seen all the glass champagne glasses at Goodwill and other thrift stores? I recently came up with a another use for them: Cupcake Stands.

Before:

After:

Very simple! To customize them, you can use a dry erase or permanent marker. They clean off very easily with water.

Blackberry Lemonade Cupcakes

I recently made one of the most delicious cupcakes that I have ever tasted. (even my dessert loving Grandpa agreed.) Blackberry Lemonade Cupcakes. Simple to make, easy to eat to many of them. I got this recipe from a an amazing website called "Your Cup Of Cake". Here's the link for the recipe: Blackberry Lemonade Cupcakes I'm going to make the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cupcakes off the Cup Of Cake website next. :)

Doing It Yourself: Clay Roses

I always want to craft with clay, but baking it is always makes such a huge mess. I did some research and found you can microwave it! Make little clay shapes, (with any kind that will bake.) put them in a microwave safe bowl with enough water to cover the clay, microwave for five minutes, then pour the water out carefully, and you are done! You can microwave any shape with a toothpick through it to make little beads. Or make roses like I did and make a ring out of it. And the best part? No mess!
If you do it, please comment and post pics!

P.S.
I will post a video later on how to make clay roses like the one pictured above. :)
